Jay & Stacey West
Pastor Jay has over two decades of ministry experience as a Youth Pastor, Associate Pastor, and Lead Pastor. Years ago, he led Gulf Coast Worship Center (Long Beach, Mississippi) through the difficult circumstances following Hurricane Katrina. The church emerged as a leading center of compassion to its community through the long rebuilding process, and is today one of the strongest and fastest-growing churches in Mississippi. Pastor Jay received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida. His wife Stacey grew up as pastor’s daughter at Kingwood under the ministry of her father, Ron Cox. Jay and Stacey have two young sons, Conner and Tyler. The West family looks forward to a bright future built on a strong legacy in the many years to come here at Kingwood.
